Advanced Education
Education is at the core of our culture. As trends evolve, we too must adapt. Ino order to remain current, we offer a myriad of advanced education classes, with topics based on the wants and needs of our team and clientele. HAUS offers internal and external advanced education opportunities multiple times a year to our team to keep them inspired and motivated when working behind the chair.
HAUS offers to cover the upfront cost of any outside education class you choose to take, and allows you to payroll deduct the cost at a level that leaves you comfortable but makes outside education attainable for you. HAUS also covers a portion of the overall class cost – even more if you come back and teach the crew what you’ve learned!

Learn about OUR POSITIONS

Our Client Services team creates a unique, efficient, and inspirational customer experience. Those who excel in this role are outgoing, detail oriented, have a passion for hair and skin care and enjoy connecting with others. These positions can be either part time or full time.

Our apprentices undergo a rigorous 18 month training program that enables them to earn a chair in our salon space and grow with us as a HAUS artist. Apprentices must be fully licensed. Our apprentice have can-do attitudes, are self-driven, are passionate about their craft and enjoy learning and growing as an artist in order to enhance their skillset. This is a full-time position ranging from 32-40 hours a week.

Our Shampoo and Blowdry Technicians work in our salon spaces as a support to our senior team. This position does not require a Cosmetology license, and involves shampooing and blowdrying guests as well as helping us maintain tasks around the salon. This is a great role for students currently in Cosmetology school. This is a part-time or full-time role.

Our senior artists are masters of their craft and have honed their skills after years spent working behind the chair. They are meticulous when it comes to their client’s needs, have a pulse on the latest trends and enjoy bringing out the best in their clients through their hair. Senior Artists applying must have at least 5 years of experience behind he chair in order to qualify for the role.

Our MedSpa team offers the highest level of care in services such as dermal injections and medical grade facials. This role requires a Nursing Degree and an active Nursing license. They are experts in both the medical and cosmetic field and execute their services with the highest level of care and precision.

All of our skilled estheticians hold their AP licensure and are experts in facial and body care. They offer luxury spa services in the form of AP facial services, brow shaping and tinting, lash lifting and tinting, body and facial waxing and relaxing facials.
We are currently only accepting positions for Senior Artists who have more than 5 years of experience behind the chair and work locally in the metro or suburban area of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
