A teenage job in a tiny salon in Fort Worth, Texas, sparked Charlie's passion for cutting, which continues to grow with each new client he meets. A graduate of the Aveda School, Charlie's commitment to his craft and creative processes led him to the position of Creative Director for a world-renowned salon and a member of the exclusive style team of legendary hairstylist Vivienne Makinder.

Charlie channels his masterful technique into divining out the character in each of his clients and thrives on the connection he makes with every one of them in his chair. A knack for trend research and hawk-like attention to seasonal fashion collections inform his point of view, from the runway to the street.

Together with his partner Jessica Reipke, Charlie opened the doors
of HAUS Salon, where he continues to create innovative approaches to cutting and style, and inspirational collections to inspire his clients
and team.
