Helenka moved to Minneapolis from her home state of Alaska to pursue Cosmetology at the Aveda Institute. She quickly fell in love with the city and knew she wanted to build her career behind the chair here. After graduating, she continued her education at HAUS where she completed our rigorous color program.

Helenka loves creating colors that enhance the natural beauty of her client’s hair. She enjoys working with her clients to bring their aspirations to life while ensuring the health of their hair is maintained and cared for. Helenka’s specialties include dimensional brunettes, sun-kissed blondes, and natural, lived-in looks.

Outside of the salon you’ll likely find Helenka hanging out with family and friends, spending time outside or working out. She’d love to talk with you about your favorite recipes or chat about the newest crime documentaries!
