ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS NEED TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN UP TO 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE- EITHER A RECEIPT OR RECORD OF PURCHASE UNDER A CLIENT PROFILE.
PRODUCTS MUST BE UNUSED IN ORDER TO BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND. USED PRODUCTS THAT ARE MORE THAN 3/4 FULL MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
TOOLS, BRUSHES, AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
